🟢 SERVICE RESUMED - M/V Pointe à la Hache with service between Belle Chasse and Scarsdale has completed inspection and is back in service.

🔴 EMERGENCY CLOSURE

Effective 11:00 a.m. on June 17, 2026, the Pointe à la Hache and Port Sulphur ferry landings will be closed until further notice per the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD).

The closure is necessary to address safety concerns identified during recent inspections of the ferry landing infrastructure.
